The building is 82,000 square feet and six stories stall.  The structural system in building cast-in-place concrete, which at the time of construction was more economical than structural steel.  The building includes a half-court gym in the basement, and which includes locker rooms and saunas and a cold plunge for both male and female employees.

The entire building has approximately 900 workstations and incorporates many of the employee amenities such as pool tables, water features, aquariums, terraces featuring comfortable seating and great views, a putting green, and a swing suite are integrated throughout.
