  • Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize (time management) as well as be a self-starter but also comfortable engaging as a team.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) to project team members (internal and external)
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have organizational skills.
  • Must have knowledge of general office management practices and procedures (business letters, standard format of typed material and filing systems).
  • Must display kindness, fair judgment, and tact.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Administrative Assistants with project start-up and closeout of all projects.
  • Set-up, organize and compile project closeout documentation, both electronically and hard copy files (if required), including warranty letters, operation & maintenance documents, as-built drawings, etc.
  • Management of project file close-out and archival process.
  • Create and upload submittal and closeout log for each new project.
  • Uploading and labeling drawings and specifications for each new project.
  • Ensure all data is kept up-to-date and readily accessible in Sharepoint and CMiC.


  • Semi-flexible schedule with possible remote work.
  • Construction experience preferred.

Full-time 30-40 hour work week with benefits.
