Job Location: Merit Office, Knoxville, TN
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize (time management) as well as be a self-starter but also comfortable engaging as a team.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) to project team members (internal and external)
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have organizational skills.
- Must have knowledge of general office management practices and procedures (business letters, standard format of typed material and filing systems).
- Must display kindness, fair judgment, and tact.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide administrative support to the Project Administrative Assistants with project start-up and closeout of all projects.
- Set-up, organize and compile project closeout documentation, both electronically and hard copy files (if required), including warranty letters, operation & maintenance documents, as-built drawings, etc.
- Management of project file close-out and archival process.
- Create and upload submittal and closeout log for each new project.
- Uploading and labeling drawings and specifications for each new project.
- Ensure all data is kept up-to-date and readily accessible in Sharepoint and CMiC.
Qualifications:
- Semi-flexible schedule with possible remote work.
- Construction experience preferred.
Full-time 30-40 hour work week with benefits.
