Kodak Crossing Apartments

Kodak Crossing will have 192 apartment units in five buildings. There will be a separate clubhouse with a pool, internet café, workout facility, playground, and dog wash. There will be four single-story garage buildings with storage units on each end. There will be a community trash compactor facility. The project is built on 12.7 acres.
