South Banks at Suttree Landing will have 230 apartment units in 10 buildings. Two buildings shall be concrete podium construction with parking. The Community Building includes a large pool area with covered seating, a fitness studio, a study area, and a roof-top deck with covered seating. This property will also have 1200 SF Tenant/Retail space along Waterfront Drive. The project is being built on 7.9 acres.
