KCDC's Five Points Phase I project was selected as the Remarkable Achievement – Urban category winner in the 2017 Tennessee’s Best Awards. KCDC competed with private developers from across the State to win this award. This recognition highlights the high quality, energy efficient housing we are constructing in Knoxville, and is a testament to the hard work of our internal team as well as our external financing, design, and construction partners. This project was successful because everyone was pulling in the same direction, so thank you for your hard work… it created a better home for ninety elderly and disabled families in our community.
