This was a historic renovation completed in downtown Knoxville. This project was a team approach in every way imaginable. With state, local and private funding, there were many interests involved. The architect was very particular in selection of materials and the final design to insure adherence to the original design of the historic structure. This project was a complete renovation of the interior including HVAC and electrical modifications, ornamental finishes, demolition and reconstruction of the dressing room area, new restroom facilities, etc. Original construction of the structure dates back to the early 18th century.
