The Delta Zeta sorority house features six Ionic columns on the front represent the sorority’s six founders. The house features a dramatic staircase that rises from a beautiful tiled entryway. The 14,880 SF house has a chapter room on the main floor built for meetings, relaxing and working areas and a separate dining room on the second-floor that opens to a terrace with additional tables. The second-floor residential area has double rooms with connecting bathrooms; officer bedrooms have private baths. The third-floor has a community bathroom with natural light coming in from windows in a dome. The sorority house will accommodate 43 women and a House Director.

The architectural firm for the project was Studio Four Design.
