Merit Construction recently completed the new 14,706 SF Tennessee Cancer Specialists medical office building located at 9957 Sherrill Boulevard. The project was built on a highly visible piece of property with a large elevation change. Even with those factors, a unique structure with a very modern interior design was completed. The new medical office building has a spa like setting instead of the more traditional clinical design. The project was completed on time and under budget.
