Stockyard Lofts is a five-story wood framed mixed-use development on top of a two-level podium deck parking garage located on Willow Avenue in Knoxville. Housing 152 apartments, the building is the tallest in the Old City. The Lofts showcases a modern exterior, a pool and balconies. There are 5,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor and more than 1,500 square feet of outdoor patio space.
