Merit Construction served as the design/build contractor to complete the project, which has approximately 80,000 square feet. Components of the facility include a 32,000 SF administration/warehouse, a 25,600 SF state-of-the-art compressed gas facility, a 3,200 SF retail propane building and 17,600 SF of covered work and storage areas.The project is located on a 19.6 acre brown field site along Interstate 275 in Knoxville.
