Hertel Cutting Technologies

The owners of this project were from Germany and were active in the international business world. They desired a single source to be responsible for the progression of the design and construction of their facility. They negotiated with Merit Construction, Inc. to be their design / build contractor. The project was completed in 10 months and is approximately 103,000 SF and includes a three-story office building.
