Heather joined Merit in September 2020 as the Office Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, ordering supplies, and helping operations. She enjoys people and previously worked as a Claim Representative for State Farm Insurance Companies. Over the years, Heather has volunteered for various schools and organizations, which she still enjoys.

Originally from Cookeville, Heather graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, fitness, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She has two sons, Anderson and Jake.
