Andy joined Merit in 2020 as a Project Manager. His previous experience in estimating and project engineering on various DOT, water resources and other heavy civil/infrastructure projects make him an asset to the Merit team.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee.

Andy and his wife Stacey are both Knoxville natives.
