The Pellissippi Pointe Office II Building is a 24,000 SF, three-story office building built specifically for its owners/occupants. The building is a structural steel building with a brick veneer and precast accent bands. Merit was selected to build Pellissippi Ponte II based on the performance of the original Pellissippi Pointe office building.
Pellissippi Pointe III Coulter & Justus
The third building built by Merit Construction in the Pellissippi Pointe development was 24,059 SF.
Pellissippi Pointe IV Security Services Network
