Aaron Gilreath brings a wide variety of construction experience to Merit.  Aaron has experience in general contracting, construction management and design/build delivery methods. Aaron’s work experience includes hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, athletic, retail, commercial, industrial, institutional government, religious, and specialty projects. Several of Aaron’s projects have been completed with Aaron involved at the conceptual idea of the project through the final turn over of the project to the owner at construction completion.

Significant projects include:

• Wilderness at the Smokies – Multiple buildings for the Soaky Mountain waterpark including restaurants/bar, retail shops, restrooms/showers, office, operations, equipment, and maintenance/storage. Also includes Interior renovations to the existing River Lodge resort.
• ADMA BioCenters – Multiple plasma collection facilities in Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Georgia.
• Regions Bank – Over 10 new construction and renovations of Regions Bank facilities across East Tennessee.
• Tennova Healthcare – Multiple facilities in the Knoxville area, including new family physician offices and interior improvements at the Turkey Creek Medical office building.
• Covenant Health – Multiple medical facilities including laboratory renovations and Linear Accelerator replacement projects.
• Dental – New and interior renovations of general dentistry, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, and endodontic areas within Knoxville Dental Centers (multiple locations in the Knoxville area).

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from East Tennessee State University and a Master’s in Construction Management from Western Carolina University. Aaron is an active member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. Aaron and his wife Candice live in Knoxville.
